I have been busy working and actually had less time for blogging( my top hobby). One of my latest concepts, that I am very proud of, an ALL INCLUSIVE COCKTAIL/LIGHT DINNER MENU.

There is no need for a heavy dinner plate or knife, just a 7” plate will do. Here is the package:

1. A full open bar for up to 4 hours
2. An hour of passed around appetizers ( sample HERE)
3. Two Stations: Steak Diane and a Pasta Station
4. Mini French pastries, Petit Fours and Fresh Fruit
5. All FINE China, flatware and glassware
6. all staff for a 4 hour event

Grand Total: $49.95 Per Person based on a minimum guaranteed of 100 guests.

This can be a Wedding reception, House Warming, Birthday Party or a Corporate Function; same price.
